Our film institute offers courses and programs for aspiring filmmakers and film enthusiasts. We strive to provide the highest quality education and training to our students. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a student may need to withdraw from a program or course. In such cases, we have a refund policy in place to ensure that students are treated fairly.
Refund Eligibility:
Course Cancellation: If we cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee.
Student Cancellation: If you cancel your course enrollment within 7 days of enrollment, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee. If you cancel your course enrollment after 7 days of enrollment, we will deduct a cancellation fee from your course fee and refund the remaining balance to you.
Course Withdrawal: If you choose to withdraw from the course after it has started, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Technical Issues: If technical issues prevent you from accessing the course material, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee.
